Security built into the signing workflow
Savvic is being designed around secure access, detailed activity history, controlled document workflows, and durable retention of completed records. Built with security and traceability in mind.
-
Data encryption
Savvic is intended to protect data in transit using modern transport encryption. Stored documents and records are designed to be protected at rest within our cloud infrastructure.
-
Access controls
Document access is tied to authenticated users and signing invitations. Access permissions are designed to limit who can view, send, or manage documents within a workspace.
-
Signing activity
Key events — such as sending, viewing, and signing — are captured to provide a detailed audit history throughout each workflow.
-
Document integrity
Completed documents are generated from the finalized signing workflow. Savvic is designed to maintain consistency between the signing record and the stored document.
-
Secure storage
Completed documents and evidence are intended to be stored using durable cloud object storage on Google Cloud, with access controls applied at the infrastructure level.
-
Retention & evidence preservation
Savvic is being designed to support retention of completed signing records, including options for immutable storage patterns where appropriate for evidence preservation.
-
Application security
The application is being developed with secure development practices, input validation, and session protections. Security improvements continue as the platform evolves.
-
Infrastructure security
Savvic is intended to run on Google Cloud infrastructure with network controls, monitoring, and operational safeguards appropriate for a document workflow platform.
What we do not claim
Savvic does not represent certifications or legal compliance guarantees unless explicitly implemented and verified. We focus on describing our design intent and the controls being built into the platform.
